But remember, customers usually have one main focus: solving their problem. They don't need all the extras.
So, take a step back. Whether you're making a sign or setting up a website, communicate only what's necessary. Show that you can help, and keep it at that.
A wall of words just scares people off. It's too much to take in.
Instead, be like Morse code: brief and to the point. Give customers the essential info—nothing more, nothing less—and you'll get your message across much better.
